Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project VDC/BIM Lead to plan, coordinate, and support digital delivery and BIM activities on assigned projects. You will work with Project Manager, Design Manager, discipline leads, and Digital Delivery leadership to ensure quality, schedule, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in design support, architecture/engineering, construction coordination, or related client-facing environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in design support, architecture/engineering, construction coordination, permitting, planning, or a related client-facing project environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with customer relationship or project tracking systems are required.
• Exposure to AutoCAD/Revit and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Define and confirm project digital delivery scope in alignment with contracts, proposals, execution plans, and client requirements.
• Prepare, maintain, and execute project-specific Digital Delivery Plans and BIM Execution Plans.
• Lead digital delivery kickoff activities and project mobilization.
• Lead day-to-day digital delivery and BIM execution across project disciplines.
• Coordinate digital delivery workflows between project management, design teams, construction teams, subconsultants, and other delivery partners.
• Integrate digital delivery activities with schedule, cost, risk, change management, and project management frameworks.
• Identify, manage, and resolve digital delivery issues affecting scope, schedule, cost, quality, or project outcomes.
• Provide regular progress, risk, and resource updates to the Project Manager and Design Manager.
