Job summary

Jacobs in Dallas seeks a Project VDC/BIM Lead to plan, coordinate, and support digital delivery and BIM activities on assigned projects. You will partner with project managers, design leads, and digital delivery leadership to ensure quality, schedule, cost, risk, and client requirements are met.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in design support or related client-facing roles, strong MS Office skills, exposure to AutoCAD/Revit, and proven ability to coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary

Qualifications

4+ years in design support, architecture/engineering, or related client-facing project roles.
Strong MS Office, CRM/project-tracking tools, and client coordination experience.
Exposure to AutoCAD and Revit, with collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities

Define and confirm digital delivery scope in line with contracts and client requirements.
Prepare Digital Delivery Plans and BIM Execution Plans.
Lead digital delivery kickoff and project mobilization.
Coordinate workflows between project management, design teams, construction teams, subconsultants, and other delivery partners.
Identify and resolve digital delivery issues affecting scope, schedule, cost.
Support permitting, construction coordination, and handover workflows.
