Job summary

Clayco is seeking a VDC Engineer to become a strategic asset within our growing design-build teams. You will support 3D/2D coordination, BIM processes, and the in-house Digital Practice Technology across design analysis, pre-construction, and handover.

This is a critical support role with opportunity to become an industry expert. Travel to project sites is required; you will collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, schedulers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery on nationwide

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in AEC-related field required.
• Minimum 2 years in AEC, especially MEP coordination.
• 3+ years with BIM/VDC related processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 3D/2D coordination for design-build teams.
• Liaise with design teams and subcontractors for BIM activities.
• Provide technical support for in-house applications.
• Coordinate 4D/5D analyses with scheduling and estimating teams.
• Document clash detection and help resolve conflicts.
