You will collaborate with owners, project teams, and subcontractors to drive 3D/4D/5D analyses and ensure efficient BIM integration.

Formación

• Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university.
• Basic knowledge of construction principles/practices is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptable communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assistance to design build team to facilitate 3D and 2D coordination.
• Liaison with design team and project subcontractors through BIM activities.
• Coordinate 3D content modeled by others and model content not provided.
• Perform 4D and 5D virtual building analysis with scheduling, project managers, and superintendents.
• Perform collision detection and assist in conflict resolution.
• Perform material quantity take-off for conceptual estimating.
