Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a VDC 4D Coordinator to connect 3D models with construction schedules, enabling better sequencing and planning across multiple projects in the United States.

You'll work with an international delivery team, develop 4D workflows including 5D, and continuously improve data integration, tools, and processes to accelerate project delivery. A strong BIM/VDC background and hands-on experience with SYNCHRO, Revit, and Navisworks are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years BIM/VDC experience with 4D modeling or sequencing.
• Proficiency in SYNCHRO 4D Pro, Revit and/or Navisworks.
• Experience organizing model information via Revit parameters or coding.
• Ability to communicate across disciplines/time zones and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 4D models linking 3D elements with construction schedules.
• Prepare model data including Revit parameters and element coding.
• Collaborate with project teams to evaluate sequencing and identify conflicts.
• Create simulations and presentations to support planning discussions.
• Keep models current as designs and priorities change.
• Coordinate with international delivery teams and ensure quality.
• Improve workflows and test tools to boost speed and accuracy.
• Help develop 5D workflows connecting quantities, schedules, and costs.
• Share knowledge and help teams use 4D effectively in planning.
