Jacobs is seeking a VDC 4D Coordinator to unify models and schedules, accelerating construction planning across multiple projects. You will connect 3D model elements with construction sequences using SYNCHRO 4D Pro or similar tools, and push toward 5D workflows that link quantities with cost data.

You’ll work with Revit, Navisworks, and AI-assisted tools while collaborating with international teams to improve data integration and automate repetitive tasks.

Formación

• 2+ years of BIM/VDC experience with 4D modeling or construction sequencing.
• Experience with 4D platforms (SYNCHRO/Fuzor) and Revit/Navisworks.
• Knowledge of construction schedules and how they link to model elements.
• Ability to explain technical info across disciplines and time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain 4D models linking 3D elements with schedules.
• Prepare/structure model data, including Revit parameters and coding.
• Identify schedule conflicts, risks, and opportunities with project teams.
• Create clear simulations and visuals to support planning discussions.
• Coordinate work with international delivery teams and ensure QA of deliverables.
• Improve workflows and test tools to speed and improve accuracy.
• Help develop 5D workflows connecting quantities, schedules, and cost data.
• Share knowledge and promote use of 4D in planning and execution.
