Qualifications

• 2+ years BIM/VDC experience with 4D modeling or sequencing.
• Proficiency in SYNCHRO 4D Pro, Revit and Navisworks.
• Understanding of construction schedules and model data organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 4D models connecting 3D elements with schedules.
• Prepare model data and coding to support reliable linking.
• Identify sequence conflicts, constraints and opportunities across projects.
• Create clear simulations and visuals to support planning discussions.
• Coordinate with an international delivery team and ensure deliverable quality.
• Help develop 5D workflows connecting quantities, schedules, and cost data.
