Qualifications

• 2+ years of BIM/VDC and 4D modelling or sequencing experience.
• Proficiency with SYNCHRO or Fuzor and Revit and/or Navisworks.
• Understanding of construction schedules and 5D workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 4D models linking 3D elements to schedules.
• Prepare model data, including Revit parameters and coding.
• Evaluate sequencing, identify constraints, risks, and opportunities.
• Create simulations and visuals to support planning discussions.
• Keep models current as designs and priorities change.
• Coordinate with an international delivery team and ensure quality.
