Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Management Services (Practice) Manager to lead, scale, and mature our Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Cloud Management services.

You will oversee delivery excellence, technical direction, and people leadership across VCF Automation and Operations, partnering with sales, solution architects, and delivery leadership to ensure secure, scalable outcomes for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience required.
• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites (up to 20%).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF Cloud Management services practice with consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF Cloud Management services (VCF Automation and Operations).
• Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
• Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere 9).
• Collaborate with sales and solution architecture to shape offerings and support presales.
• Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics to drive improvement.
• Create and maintain reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, templates, and accelerators.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges related to Broadcom VCF solutions.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders as a trusted advisor for VCF strategy.
