Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Management Services (Practice) Manager to lead, scale, and mature our Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Cloud Management offerings.

You will own technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Automation and Operations. The role partners with sales, solution architects, and delivery leadership to ensure secure, high-impact outcomes for enterprise clients using Broadcom VMware technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF Cloud Management services practice.
• Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF Cloud Management services.
• Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
• Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services, including VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and vSphere 9.
• Partner with sales and solution architecture teams to shape offerings and support presales efforts.
• Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics to identify improvements.
• Lead creation and maintenance of reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, templates, and accelerators.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex client challenges related to Broadcom VCF solutions.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders as trusted advisor.
