Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Foundation Services Manager to lead and expand our Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) services practice.

You will own technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Infrastructure Modernization and Hybrid Cloud services, working with sales, solution architects, and delivery leaders to secure high-impact outcomes for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites (up to 20%).
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience designing scalable, secure cloud foundation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF services practice with high-quality delivery.
• Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere).
• Mentor Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
• Own practice capability development including architectures, frameworks, and accelerators.
• Collaborate with sales and presales to shape offerings and ensure delivery readiness.
• Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges related to Broadcom VCF.
• Build strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor for VCF strategy.
