Job summary

SHI is seeking a Cloud Management Services (Practice) Manager to lead and scale the VMware by Broadcom Cloud Management services. You will guide technical direction, deliver high-quality outcomes, and mentor architects, consultants, and engineers across VCF automation and operations.

Based in a remote US setting, you will partner with sales and delivery leadership to drive secure, scalable solutions for enterprise clients, while traveling up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related technical field.
• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
• Experience designing solutions with governance and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF Cloud Management services practice with high-quality delivery.
• Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF Cloud Management services.
• Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
• Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere 9).
• Partner with sales and solution architecture to shape offerings and support presales.
• Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics for improvement.
• Create and maintain reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, templates, accelerators.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges related to Broadcom VCF.
• Build relationships with clients as trusted advisor for Broadcom VCF strategy.
