Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the United States seeks a Cloud Management Services (Practice) Manager to lead, scale, and mature SHI’s Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Cloud Management services, directing delivery across automation and operations.

You will mentor Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers, partner with sales and solution architects, and ensure secure, high‑impact outcomes for enterprise and corporate clients using VMware by Broadcom products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions.
• 3+ years leading technical delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Strong data governance and security controls experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF Cloud Management services practice.
• Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF Cloud Management services.
• Mentor Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
• Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services, including VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and vSphere 9.
• Partner with sales and solution architecture teams to shape offerings and support presales efforts.
• Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics to identify improvements.
• Lead creation and maintenance of reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, templates, and accelerators.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex client challenges related to Broadcom VCF solutions.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders as trusted advisor for Broadcom VCF strategy and execution.
