SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Foundation Services Manager to lead and grow SHI's VMware Cloud Foundation services practice.

You will guide technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Infrastructure Modernization and Hybrid Cloud offerings, leveraging Broadcom VMware solutions for enterprise and commercial clients. The role partners with sales, solution architects, and delivery leaders to ensure secure, scalable outcomes and to advance SHI's service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• 3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the VCF services practice and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere).
• Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
• Own practice capability development across Broadcom VCF services and related components.
• Partner with sales and solution architects to shape offerings and presales readiness.
• Monitor delivery performance and quality metrics to drive improvement.
• Create and maintain reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, and accelerators.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges with Broadcom VCF solutions.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders as trusted VCF advisor.
