Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Team Manager for Cloud Managed Services (Vault) to lead a high-performing team serving global Life Sciences customers. You will oversee Production Vault support, drive improvements, and ensure reliable service delivery across accounts.

The role is based in Hungary with remote work options and occasional on-site meetings in the EMEA region; travel may be required. You will hire consultants in Poland and Hungary and guide their growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• 5+ years in IT, PM, Consultancy, or related field.
• Proven hiring success for technical talent.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel and work across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Consultants for Managed Services on Veeva Vault.
• Oversee resource planning, utilization, and professional development.
• Own hiring for consultants in Poland and Hungary.
• Coordinate between implementation and Managed Services for smooth delivery.
• Act as escalation point for selected customers and expand contract value.
