Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Veeva colleagues to develop and execute a strategic roadmap for a customer’s Vault products.
• Oversee the implementation of an agile release methodology and coordinate across customer QA, IT, and Business teams.
• Build and nurture relationships with some of Veeva’s largest, most complex, strategic customers.
