Job summary

Veeva Systems is a mission-driven SaaS company delivering content management solutions for life sciences. We seek a Managed Services Consultant to support clients after go-live, optimize configurations, and drive successful use of Vault PromoMats & Vault Medical.

This remote, full-time role is non-travel and focuses on customer outcomes. You will engage with clients, tailor solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement while collaborating with the Commercial Services team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience configuring/supporting/implementing content management software or related services delivery.
• Customer service or consulting experience.
• Ability to quickly understand client requirements and articulate potential solutions.
• Experience managing clients requests and setting expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-go-live consulting and administrative support for multiple clients.
• Configuration enhancement for live applications – business process, taxonomy and metadata, new features & functionality, security, notifications, etc.
• Bulk import/export/updates of content and data.
• Recommendations on application features, use, and best practices.
• Maintenance of production and sandbox environments.
• Creation of reports and dashboards.
