Job summary

BD is seeking an Associate Territory Manager in Vascular Access to drive sales and expand our clinical offerings in the USA, based in USA NJ (Franklin Lakes). This on-site role requires travel up to 75% and collaboration with distributors and internal teams to grow the portfolio and maintain a robust sales funnel.

Responsibilities include prospecting, training customers, managing contracts, and conducting territory analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–4 years outside sales experience preferred.
• Travel up to 75% overnight – Supporting the US.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business opportunities across all portfolios.
• Implement marketing platform initiatives and maintain a strong sales funnel.
• Manage conversion opportunities from target to order and in-servicing.
• Conduct regular clinical training and in-servicing on product usage.
• Implement national, regional and local contractual agreements.
• Conduct regular territory business and sales analysis.
• Collaborate with local distributor branches and internal teams.
