Job summary

BD is seeking an entry-level Sales Consultant to support the team in achieving sales objectives through targeted customer interaction, training, product ordering, and general sales support. You will gain exposure to BD’s vascular access products with a primary focus on Safety IV Catheters, Accucath, and PowerGlide across a single region.

You will ride with the Sales Team, attend training, and build relationships with hospitals while traveling up to 40% to meet customers.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree.
• 0–4 years outside sales experience or equivalent.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Willing to relocate for Territory Manager positions.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Team in the field to learn the sales process and grow sales skills.
• Attend training to learn vascular products and provide field support.
• Protect and grow the Vascular Access Device portfolio with emphasis on Safety IV Catheters, Accucath, and PowerGlide.
• Provide customers product information and training.
• Report pricing, backorders, and policies to customers.
• Conduct in-service trainings on peripheral access products.
