Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. in Ontario, CA is seeking a VAS Coordinator to manage our Value-Added Service programs. You will collaborate with operations, sales, 3PLs, vendors, and customers to ensure timely, accurate program execution and robust reporting.

The role requires a college degree with 3–5 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and travel within North America. This on-site position offers competitive pay plus comprehensive benefits and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

College degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience coordinating VAS programs with 3PLs and customers.
Proficient in Excel; NetSuite preferred.
Strong prioritization and communication for US and international teams.
Willingness to travel occasionally within North America.

Responsibilities

Manage Merchandise and VAS Program.
Assign, develop, and monitor program information with internal and external customers.
Monitor availability of product and component inventory.
Coordinate program timing with 3PL and ensure programs are executed on time.
Prepare and provide reporting for VAS readiness, completion, execution, and residual inventory.
Create and manage yearly VAS Budget, including monthly budget forecast.
Execute leadership / interdepartmental requests for product, VAS supplies, or other as needed.
Generate, distribute, and monitor all work orders / work instructions.
