You will drive the creative build and coordinate with cross-functional partners across our brand portfolio, ensuring efficient processes and timely delivery. This role requires 5+ years in Creative Operations, superb organizational skills, and the ability to manage large-scale global initiatives across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in Creative Operations and project management.
• 5+ years in related roles.
• BA/BFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current workload and implement new processes and timelines.
• Set seasonal reset schedules with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate resets including assortment, planograms, and merchandising.
• Manage resets from start to finish, tracking timelines.
• Drive promotional program execution from concept to release.
• Improve processes to streamline workflows and reduce complexity.
• Manage large collaborations globally.
• Communicate effectively with brand marketing and creative teams.
