e.l.f. Beauty is hiring a Supply Planner in Beverly Hills, CA, to optimize inventory, plan production, and coordinate with Demand Planning, Finance, Sales, and Brand teams. The role emphasizes speed-to-market for launches and promotional activity in a fast-paced beauty environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supply planning, strong analytics, and hands-on ERP/MRP experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle. Hybrid work model with a base salary of 80k–95k plus bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, logistics, or related role.
• Experience in CPG, beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP/MRP experience (NetSuite/SAP/Oracle) preferred.
• Experience with SQL and Python is a plus.
• Understanding of inbound logistics and inventory flow processes.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and mid-term supply plans aligned to demand forecasts and production capacity.
• Monitor finished goods and component inventory to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
• Execute replenishment planning to support service levels and working capital goals.
• Identify supply risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Create and manage POs and production schedules with lead times and capacity in mind.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track production status and escalate delays or constraints as needed.
• Coordinate inbound shipments from domestic and international suppliers to ensure on-time arrival to warehouses and 3PL partners.
• Support customs documentation and compliance as applicable.
• Create and maintain accurate item master data in ERP/MRP systems (SKUs, BOMs, lead times, pack configurations).
• Ensure data governance and validation for new product launches and changes.
• Support new product launches and promotions with supply readiness.
