Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a VAS Coordinator to work across multiple departments, 3PL providers, vendors, and customers to manage our Value-Added Service programs. Qualifications

• College degree with 3-5 years of work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Merchandise and VAS Program.
• Assign, develop, and monitor program information with internal and external customers.
• Monitor availability of product and component inventory.
• Coordinate program timing with 3PL and ensure programs are executed on time.
• Prepare and provide reporting for VAS readiness, completion, execution, and residual inventory.
• Create and manage yearly VAS Budget, including monthly budget forecast.
• Execute leadership / interdepartmental requests for product, VAS supplies, or other as needed.
