Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Commercial Finance, located in Oakland, CA. You will partner with the Commercial team to drive smarter decisions through budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

The role sits in Corporate FP&A and requires strong modeling and US GAAP knowledge within a fast-growing consumer brand. The position offers a hybrid work model with in-office collaboration and remote work options, plus a comprehensive compensation package with bonus and equity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive financial analysis and FP&A experience.
• Experience with integrated financial modeling (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Strong Excel skills including automation of multi-driver models.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis for sales allowances and commercial OI.
• Build and maintain financial models for negotiations, promotions, and expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with Commercial leadership to translate drivers into financial projections.
