Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. is seeking a program manager to oversee North America and LATAM vendor management (VM) programs. You will open and manage purchase orders and provide supporting documentation to the finance team, becoming a key part of cross-functional visibility and vendor management.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining POs, coordinating with the Sr. Program Manager, and delivering timely financial reporting and accruals. Collaboration with AP and Fixed Assets is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing cross-functional teams; vendor management a plus
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented and able to work independently; positive attitude
• SAP knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage a subset of retailer programs within North America and LATAM.
• Lead creation of direct and indirect purchase orders for North America and LATAM.
• Maintain active purchase orders and ongoing financial reporting with the Sr. Program Manager.
• Prepare monthly accrual list for Fixed Assets and manage tracking reports.
• Independently handle invoice and audit requirements with AP and Fixed Assets.
• Maintain active purchase orders and ongoing miscellaneous reporting with the Program Manager.
