Vulcan Materials Company seeks a proficient Asset Management Coordinator to oversee the VAM system across plant locations. You will maintain asset lists, BOMs, PM schedules, and R&M inventory, while driving compliance and cost-effective asset utilization.

You will generate KPI dashboards, mentor admins, and partner with plant teams to optimize workflows and maintenance processes. Strong CMMS, data analytics, and ERP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Maintain and manage asset data within enterprise asset management system (VAM) and related CMMS.
• Ensure accuracy of asset records, PMs, inspections, and repairs per policies.
• Provide training and support to plant end-users on VAM and related platforms.

Responsabilités

• Oversee asset records, R&M inventory, and work orders.
• Generate reports and dashboards showing asset KPIs to stakeholders.
• Lead/administer VAM system and mentor other admins.
• Collaborate with plant stakeholders to identify needs and priorities.
• Conduct audits to verify data accuracy and documentation.
