Job summary

Vulcan Elements, a U.S. manufacturer of advanced magnets, seeks a Senior Manager to establish and lead the maintenance program and management systems ahead of startup. You will design CMMS/ERP configurations, build asset data, and implement reliability practices across critical facilities.

The role requires directing a centralized storeroom, spares strategy, and Mechanical Integrity program while ensuring safety, budget control, and outage readiness to support rapid ramp and production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with maintenance leadership.
• 10+ years in industrial maintenance and reliability.
• Experience deploying ERP maintenance and MRO modules.
• Proven track record building greenfield maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and document the maintenance management system with governance.
• Establish end-to-end maintenance workflow from notification to closeout.
• Define asset-class maintenance strategy based on criticality.
• Lead CMMS/ERP configuration, data governance and adoption.
• Own safety programs and maintenance budget.
• Lead outage planning and reliability improvements.
