Job summary

Vulcan Elements in the United States seeks a Senior Maintenance Manager to establish and deploy enterprise-wide CMMS and ERP maintenance environments. You will lead a reliability program, implement a central storeroom, and drive asset performance across critical facilities powering defense, aerospace, and automotive industries.

You will design work management processes, calibrate preventive maintenance, and manage a budget while ensuring audit-ready Mechanical Integrity and strong safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with maintenance leadership experience.
• Ten+ years in industrial maintenance and reliability leadership in heavy manufacturing.
• Hands-on configuration or deployment of ERP maintenance and MRO modules (SAP PM/MM, Oracle EAM, Maximo, Infor EAM).
• Experience building spare parts programs and storerooms with data governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy maintenance management system with workflow, roles, and governance.
• Define asset-based maintenance strategy grounded in criticality.
• Build PM library, failure taxonomy and reliability metrics for data analytics.
• Own Mechanical Integrity program with inspection, testing, and audit-ready evidence.
• Lead CMMS/ERP configuration, testing, training, go-live and stabilization.
• Oversee safety, budget, and outage planning in a 24/7 manufacturing setting.
