Qualifications

• Ten or more years in industrial maintenance and reliability.
• Experience leading maintenance in 24/7 heavy manufacturing.
• Hands-on configuration or deployment of ERP maintenance and MRO modules.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy CMMS and ERP maintenance environment.
• Establish central storeroom and spare parts strategy.
• Lead safety and Mechanical Integrity programs.
• Own maintenance budget and OEE contribution.
• Drive adoption of maintenance processes and workflows.
