Customer service: provide expert advice and support, address inquiries and assist with orders.
Product knowledge: stay updated on valve systems, trends, and offerings.
Order management: oversee processing and timely delivery of products.
Contract negotiation: negotiate terms and pricing with customers.
Collaboration: work with sales, logistics, and engineering teams to satisfy customers.
Market analysis: track industry developments and competitors to spot growth.
Reporting: monitor performance and provide updates to management.
