Job summary

Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division seeks a Global Solution Architect for ValueOps with extensive enterprise IT experience to drive adoption, growth, and strategic value for top customers. You will partner with regional sales and solution engineering to shape high-level strategies and tangible blueprints, delivering executive-level content and ensuring successful post-sale alignment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 20 years in the IT industry overall and 10 years in your domain of expertise in corporate enterprise IT.
Customer-focused attitude with a strong emphasis on building and maintaining client relationships.
Experience in Project & Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, Tokenomics, and Agile.

Responsibilities

Partner with regional sales teams and solution engineering to drive adoption and growth of Broadcom's ValueOps solutions.
Design high-level strategy for customers in their domain and create actionable blueprints.
Publish material and assist the matrix to increase engagement with C-Suite and key stakeholders.
Direct the Solution Engineer teams or partners to ensure strategy aligns with outcomes.
Attend and document Value Stream meetings for strategic high-value customers.
Travel as necessary to meet customer needs and support post-sales deployment.
