Job summary

Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division seeks a Global Solution Architect for ValueOps. Remote-based role requiring deep enterprise IT experience and strong client relationships to drive adoption, growth, and new sales across key customers.

You will lead cross-functional teams including solution engineers, shaping high-level strategy and actionable blueprints. You will work with executives and technical stakeholders, translating customer needs into compelling value propositions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years in IT overall.
• 10 years in your domain within corporate enterprise IT.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Project & Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, Tokenomics, and Agile.
• Effectively articulate and present to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, growth and new sales of ValueOps solutions into existing customers.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams and solution engineering.
• Direct the Solution Engineer teams or partners to align strategy with outcomes.
• Publish material and assist the matrix to increase engagement with C-Suite.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Participate in post-sales discussions to ensure smooth implementation.
