Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee a defined region and act as a liaison between headquarters and local retailers. You will drive sales growth for Verizon Value products by training staff, merchandising displays, and fostering strong retailer relationships across assigned locations.

The role requires strong frontline sales experience, mobility, and the ability to manage multiple store visits and events. Travel and a results-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• 1+ years of in-store retail and merchandising experience with consumer technology is preferred.
• Experience in operating in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment; wireless experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a designated territory of retail locations within a 60–120 mile radius, visiting stores to drive sales.
• Build strong relationships with store and regional leaders to maximize impact.
• Conduct in-store and virtual brand training for store associates as subject matter expert.
• Host in-store events to promote Verizon Value devices and drive incremental sales.
• Identify and secure additional merchandising space for Verizon Value branded displays.
• Gather and report retailer and competitive insights to inform strategy.
• Report activities accurately through the online reporting system.
• Adapt to client requests or program pivots as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
