Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee a Verizon Value retail footprint in California. You will train store staff, manage merchandising, and cultivate relationships with store and regional leaders to grow sales across an assigned territory.

The role emphasizes brand advocacy and retailer collaboration. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, 1+ years in-store retail/merchandising, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• Sales experience, preferably retail.
• Reliable transportation and ability to visit all stores within territory at least once every 6 weeks.
• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment; wireless experience is a plus.
• 1+ years in-store retail and merchandising with consumer technology.
• Proficient with MS Office for reporting and administrative tasks.
• Comfortable with online research and cloud-based systems.
• Proficient with email platforms and digital communication tools.
• Strong understanding of consumer tech trends across mobile and connected devices.
• Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a designated territory of retail locations up to a 60–120-mile radius, ensuring store visits and sales performance.
• Develop strong relationships with store and regional leaders to maximize impact in the territory.
• Conduct in-store and virtual brand training to associates as SME.
• Host in-store events focused on Verizon Value devices to drive incremental sales.
• Identify and secure additional merchandising space for Verizon Value displays.
• Gather and report retailer and competitive insights.
• Timely reporting of activities through online system.
• Adapt to last-minute client requests or program pivots.
• Meet physical requirements listed.
• Other duties as assigned.
