Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead onsite operations across a key value stream, driving Lean, safety, quality, and cost targets while developing a technically proficient workforce. The role focuses on reducing inventories and lead times through continuous improvements and premier customer service.

You will manage Team Leaders and associates, oversee budgets, P&L, and performance assessments, and work with division leaders to map the future state value stream using PDCA

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree; Masters preferred.
• 3–5 years of leadership of large projects/teams; P&L ownership preferred.
• Experience in accounting, manufacturing, inventory control, strategic planning.
• Strong teamwork, communication and change leadership; LEAN experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Team Leaders and associates; oversee Process Engineering, Quality, budgets and performance assessments.
• Own all aspects of managing the Value Stream, including decisions and employment actions.
• Oversee daily operations to meet plus/minus monthly/quarterly/yearly expectations.
• Lead Lean implementation; drive productivity gains and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with division staff to map future state value streams and maintain improvement boards.
