Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Value Stream Team Leader to lead one or more plant value streams, drive Lean initiatives and ensure a safe, efficient operation. You will report to the Value Stream Manager and work to reduce operating costs, inventories and lead times while delivering premier customer service.

You will coordinate daily activities across shifts, develop standardized work, and promote continuous improvement using PDCA and Team Improvement Boards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3–5 years in management or supervision.
• Background in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, HR management and inventory control.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and ability to promote safety and positive change.
• LEAN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant value stream operations and continuous improvements.
• Meet with Value Stream associates regularly to reflect on problems and solutions.
• Oversee supply chain, production control, manufacturing priorities and cross-shift coordination.
• Develop future state value stream map and maintain improvement boards.
• Foster safe, 5S compliant environment and team empowerment.
• Encourage cross training and stop-and-fix mindset for quality.
