Job summary

Parker Hannifin's Parflex Division in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead the manufacturing value stream, drive Lean initiatives, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will develop associates, manage budgets, and coach team leaders while aligning with the division to map the future state value stream and implement continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent; Masters preferred.
• 3-5 years of major professional accomplishments, including increasing responsibility and leadership of projects and teams of considerable size, scope and complexity. Previous P&L ownership experience preferred.
• Sufficient experience in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, human resources management, inventory control and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated teamwork and team building skills in producing results by meeting organizational objectives; promote new ideas and positive change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Involved with or lead a team in LEAN process improvements/implementation preferred

Responsibilities

• Own Value Stream P&L, cost analysis, margins, PPV goals and productivity.
• Lead POP implementation and long-term manufacturing strategies.
• Provide operational leadership and Lean implementation to boost productivity.
• Meet regularly with Value Stream Leaders to drive continuous improvement and learning.
• Oversee daily operations: supply chain control, priorities, off-shift coordination and on-time shipments.
• Create standardized work, ensure countermeasures, and maintain safety compliance.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere; conduct regular meetings and coordinate cross-functional support.
• Ensure cross-training of Value Stream Associates to maintain smooth operation.
• Collaborate with Division Staff to map future state value stream and track progress in Site Tracking Center.
