Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. degree in a related technical or business discipline.
• Six or more years of professional experience in a relevant role.
• Aerospace experience preferred; leadership in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hose value stream daily operations and drive continuous improvements.
• Develop and assess associates, employment decisions and performance.
• Apply PDCA and Lean principles to reduce costs, inventories and lead times.
• Coordinate across shifts to ensure safety and 5S compliance and continuous flow.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager to map future state value stream and track progress.
