Job summary

CSG Systems seeks a Value Engineer to translate platform strategy into measurable business value for clients. You will link digital journeys to outcomes, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Analytics, and client teams to define objectives, KPIs, and constraints for ROI-focused use cases.

You will lead pre-sale value consulting and post-sale value realization, creating scalable playbooks and tools to boost ROI acumen across field teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience turning data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Ability to design and communicate value narratives tied to KPIs and ROI.
• Hands-on data manipulation across multiple sources (ops, digital, finance).
• Familiarity with control groups, hold-out tests, pre/post comparisons.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to shape value narratives pre and post sale.
• Design measurement approaches for programs and estimate incremental impact on revenue and cost-to-serve.
