Job summary

Scribe, based in San Francisco, seeks an Head of Value Engineering (Individual Contributor) to design and implement a value framework that ties product capabilities to dollars. You will craft ROI calculators, templates, and materials used by sales and success teams to win complex enterprise deals.

You will translate product value into finance language, drive seven-figure deal outcomes, and align messaging across PMM, SDR, CSM, and sales.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in building or scaling a value engineering, solutions consulting, or business value function at a B2B SaaS company.
• Has translated product capabilities into ROI and business cases for CFOs.

Responsibilities

• Build Scribe's value framework and the repeatable methodology linking product capabilities to business impact.
• Create value calculators, ROI templates, and presentation materials for live deals.
• Partner with sales and customer success to quantify customer value in active deals.
• Translate product benefits into finance-friendly language: ROI, cost savings, efficiency gains.
