Qualifications

• 3–6 years in customer value, sales engineering, customer success, or financial analysis in B2B SaaS/tech.
• Proven ability to build business cases and perform ROI analyses.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to translate data into narratives.
• Experience working with customers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Value Realization teams to capture customer goals and baseline metrics.
• Lead value discovery sessions and develop business cases for strategic sales opportunities.
• Conduct ROI, TCO, and cost‑benefit analyses to show financial impact of Accruent solutions.
• Prepare data-driven insights for Executive Business Reviews and identify expansion opportunities.
