Siemens Healthineers in the United States is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for Enterprise Services focused on Value Partnerships. You will lead cross-functional efforts to design customized, long-term, strategic partnerships and drive the engagement with senior stakeholders.

Based in the Central Zone, you will coordinate with North America and global ES teams to extend solutions across Siemens' portfolio while navigating the healthcare landscape and travel up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 8–10 years in medical technology or healthcare operations.
• Willing to travel up to 30% within assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Apply understanding of healthcare environment and Siemens portfolio to develop customized solutions for customers in strategic partnerships.
• Lead a matrixed team to grow the relationship and drive toward a partnership contract.
• Demonstrate ability to thrive in a matrix management environment and lead cross-Siemens collaboration across units, people, process, and technology.
• Engage with North American and Global ES teams to stay aligned with market needs and evolving customer requirements.
• Transition from reactive to proactive engagement, targeting, advancing, and advising customers.
• Develop and maintain a funnel of potential customers and active projects.
• Create and share best practices with Value Partnership Solutions Architects.
