Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in the United States is seeking an Enterprise Services, Senior Solutions Architect (Value Partnerships) for the Central Zone to lead strategic partnerships and manage complex customer engagements.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, build a robust funnel of opportunities, and engage senior executives to craft sustainable value-based solutions across the portfolio. Travel up to 30% is expected to support regional growth and relationship development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the field of medical technology or healthcare operations.
• Willing to travel within assigned territory up to 30%.
• Knowledge of financial models and solutions geared towards customer-specific situations.
• Ability to confidently engage with senior executives in the healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Apply understanding of the healthcare environment and Siemens portfolio to develop customized solutions for customers in strategic, long-term partnerships.
• Lead a matrixed team to grow the relationship, optimize and present the solution and drive toward a partnership contract.
• Demonstrate ability to thrive in a matrix management environment and lead collaboration across Siemens units, people, process, and technology.
• Engage with North American and Global ES teams to stay current with portfolio and market needs.
• Proactively target, engage, advance, and advise customers based on market events and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a funnel of potential customers and active projects.
• Create and share successful practices with all Value Partnership Solutions Architects.
