• Lead a matrixed team to grow the relationship, optimize and present the solution, and drive toward a partnership contract.
• Demonstrate ability to thrive in a matrix management environment and to lead collaboration across Siemens business units, people, process, & technology.
• Engage with North American and Global ES teams to stay abreast of portfolio and evolving customer needs.
• Transition from reactive to proactive targeting, engaging, advancing, and advising customers.
• Develop and maintain a funnel of potential customers and active projects.
• Create and share successful practices with Value Partnership Solutions Architects.
