Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration with healthcare focus, Healthcare Data Analytics, Public Health, or related field.
• Five(5) years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Proven ability to execute product strategies to deploy and deliver impactful healthcare solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to apply systems thinking across end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of value-based care principles and related metrics.
• Experience setting and analyzing OKRs and KPIs to drive improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, deployment, operationalization, and adoption of VBP solutions.
• Coordinate go-live activities, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth transition to operations.
• Own ongoing performance monitoring, issue resolution, and documentation for deployed solutions.
• Foster strong client and stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
