Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or healthcare analytics field.
5 years in healthcare analytics or a related field.
Experience using claims, administrative, and unstructured data to evaluate performance.
Supervisory/management experience.
Familiarity with agile analytic delivery methods.

Responsibilities

Own analytics product roadmap and backlog for Risant's VBP solutions.
Serve as liaison between analytics teams, product owners, and leadership.
Develop dashboards, templates, and reports to drive insights.
Ensure data quality and maintain semantic layers for enterprise reporting.
Communicate findings with concise narratives and visuals.
