Job summary

Risant Health is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and adoption of value-based care solutions across RHOs. You will define roadmaps, collect requirements, oversee agile delivery, and align with clinicians and operations to ensure successful outcomes.

You will drive governance with OKRs and KPIs, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements that improve cost, quality, and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare-related field.
• 7+ years of product management or related roles.
• Experience defining product strategies and managing roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of value-based care principles.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a strategic product vision aligned with business goals.
• Develop and manage a dynamic product roadmap with milestones and timelines.
• Gather and translate business, user, and compliance requirements into specs.
• Oversee agile development to deliver on time and on budget.
• Foster relationships across clinical, technical, and leadership teams.
