Job summary

Risant Health, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager, VBP Implementation & Support to drive deployment and adoption of value-based care solutions. You will bridge product strategy with operations, ensuring deployments are on time, within scope, and delivering measurable outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and collaborate with clinical, technical, and leadership stakeholders to sustain improvements in cost, quality, and experience within RHOs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration with a healthcare focus, Healthcare Data Analytics, Public Health, or related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Proven ability to execute product strategies to deploy and deliver healthcare solutions.
• Demonstrated systems thinking across end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of value-based care principles and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, deployment, operationalization, and adoption of VBP solutions.
• Own ongoing performance monitoring, issue resolution, and documentation for deployments.
• Foster strong relationships with clinical, technical, and leadership teams for alignment.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project managers, analysts, and technical resources.
• Track KPIs and OKRs to drive continuous improvement and value realization.
