Candidates should have 7+ years in product management, strong skills in roadmap development and stakeholder collaboration, and a deep understanding of value-based care principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration or related field.
• 7+ years of product management or related experience.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management.
• Understanding of value-based care principles and metrics.
• OKR and KPI tracking experience for product impact.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a strategic product vision aligned with business goals.
• Develop a dynamic product roadmap with prioritized features and timelines.
• Gather and translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with clinical, technical, and leadership teams.
• Manage budgets, resources, and adoption risks.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
