Risant Health, a nonprofit affiliate of Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, seeks a Product Manager for the Value-Based Platform (VBP) Implementation & Support. You will lead deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization of VBP solutions, coordinating across clinical, technical, and leadership teams to deliver measurable cost, quality, and experience improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration with a healthcare focus, Healthcare Data Analytics, Public Health, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Five (5) years of experience in product management or related roles.
Proven ability to execute product strategies to deploy and deliver impactful healthcare solutions.
Systems thinking across end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
Value-based care principles and performance metrics knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, deployment, operationalization, and adoption of VBP solutions.
Coordinate go-live activities and manage dependencies for successful transitions to operations.
Monitor deployed solutions, maintain documentation and playbooks, and drive continuous improvement.
Influence and coordination across clinical, technical, and leadership teams to ensure alignment.
